Dear Fernando and Olé, There has previously been some discussion among shareholders about the statement where you assured us that we do NOT need to be concerned about a high degree of dilution in a case of any fundraising situation. The question is simply. How could you at that time been holding such solid info on your current and future financial situation and still after all this time not have shared any of that info with the market? Thank you.

I've supported your IPO and also your NE. You have been saying that you have a solid plan for how you're going to take this company to market. What has gone wrong? Because things have gone very, very wrong for your investors.
After about 6-7 years my investment in your company has reached over 90% down and I realise that this is beyond repair :( But please can you tell me what has gone so wrong that the stock has crashed this hard. And what have you done about it?

Dear 2cureX, I was hoping that you could elaborate on your claim during the Facebook live session. I’m thinking about your statement on a minimal dilution if you would have to raise money once again. Not everyone had the opportunity to attend this live and I think it would be good if you could repeat this statement and also how you back then could have known that your shareholder wouldn’t be very diluted? I hope this relevant question make sense.

You address that with the current cash you expect this to last until Q2 2024 but with 26 DKKm in cash and a cash flow in the current H1 of -19 DKKm, with this cash burn you would run out of cash in Q1 2024, so what is the calculations behind this was Q2 2023 an extraordinary period of cash burn or what kind of cash burn do you expect in the future?

On what grounds did you think this would be a very good short and long-term investment as you previously told me? At the time of writing I'm down -85% on one account and -70% on another so in the short term we now know it didn't work out. But long-term then? How many decades do you think it will take for this to become a good long-term investment.

Since it should have been a while why haven't you managed to come up with a good plan going forward that is good for your already stressed investors? From what I understand, management is not interested in buying shares in the company even though we have seen a very low valuation in recent years. Of course Ole owns a lot, but this is a very old holding. Fernando has bought a small part but it is clear that the interest is not there. Have you seen problems that we shareholders have not received information about? You have spoken about how good an investment this is and how well things are going for you, but still we don't see any big insider purchases from you and at the time of writing we are trading at SEK 2.54. SO why haven't more shares been bought from you?
