In November, you announced the extension of the agreement with Bankdata and their members to cover private customers. Does this mean that the previous agreement made in December 2021 only covered business customers or how should that extension be understood?
With the new QTSP status, does it change anything for the international expansion and the speed of this? Are there some countries that are more obvious than others, or key countries where you see your competitiveness growing because of this status?
You have experienced greater one-off revenue in December because some customers have spent more than was included in their agreed contract. It has no effect on the ARR for 2022, but does it have an effect on the lifted contract value in 2023, or is it a one-time cost from the customer due to extraordinary use?
Numerous software companies in other markets and other industries experienced increasing competition from smaller players in the market last year and the year before. Several have explained that the competition here will decrease over the next few years, when access to capital becomes more difficult for these smaller players. How do you see it, have you experienced increasing competition in recent years, do you expect the competition to become easier over the next few years or how do you see the competitive situation?
Can you handle signatures from the US or is this not possible? If it is not possible, is it a challenge that you think you can solve in the future?
What happened in Q2 2022? This quarter experienced a higher average ARR from new customers compared to other quarters during 2021 and 2022, what was the reason behind this?
You previously made a fairly successful acquisition of CLA Reply. It was both a good price and there has been good traction on KYC. Are acquisitions part of your strategy going forward? If it is, what is the strategy focused around, expanding the market position, entering new geographical areas, expanding products or something else?
How does the revenue distribution look like in round numbers per country? You show figures for the Foreign and Domestic market, but since you are now in 6 different markets, and have been in some countries longer than others, there must be a significant difference in how well you are established in the different countries and how much revenue they contribute with?
Are you making any effort to become part of the Gartner Magic Quadrant or Forrester analytics reports to become more interesting to larger companies?
