“With this report we are presenting our results for Q4 and 2024, while at the same time presenting important changes in how we approach our business for 2025 and onwards.

An important indicator of our ability to deliver on our strategy to create growth and ultimately profit is the spread between top line growth and growth in costs, where we in 2024 delivered growth in recognised revenue of 30% and increase in costs of 7%. This 23% spread is the most important driver in assessing our ability to reach our goals as prudent cost control and continued growth in revenue will deliver the results.

The Q4 EBITDA of DKK -1,412K is partly due to extraordinary costs in operations due to restructuring as well as one-time costs. The EBITDA should be seen in this light as some of these costs will improve the 2025 EBITDA. Furthermore, the financial costs in Q4 also included one-time costs, which increased the total financial costs.“

Risk Intelligence A/S announces refinancing and roll-over of long-term loans of approx. DKK 11.6 million

The Company has during end-2024 and start-2025 secured a roll-over of existing long-term loans from board members, shareholders and third parties close to the company as well as additional refinancing of DKK 1.5 million, or a total of approx. DKK 11.6 million.

All the loans in the above package are based on market conditions with an interest of 12% per annum, no instalments during 2025, and interest paid every quarter or monthly. Most of the loans follow an annuity during 2026 and 2027 and all loans are repaid before end-2027.

The long-term loan with EIFO and the two associated private loans continue to the same repayment plan with last annuity to be paid Summer 2026.

Promotion of Lennard Kunde, Head of Commercial Operations

As we bid farewell to Jim, I am pleased to announce the promotion of Lennard Kunde as Director and Head of Commercial Operations. He brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to our team. Lennard has an impressive track record in business development, sales and communication, and I am confident that he will continue to drive our vision forward.

“It is my pleasure to announce that we for the first time during a third quarter have reached an important milestone with a small, but positive EBITDA of 65K DKK. This is the result of significant growth in recognised revenue of 32% and growth in cost by 4% during the third quarter, and subsequently 1.4M DKK higher EBITDA than Q3 2023.

During the first nine months of 2024 revenue has increased by 29% or 4.2M DKK compared to the same period in 2023, while the invoiced revenue has increased by 40% during the same period and 48% during the quarter. Costs have increased by 5% during the first nine months, which are predominantly the result of additional resources in the commercial department.

The impact on cash-flow from the growth in revenue is also significant with a positive change in CFFO of 2.3M DKK compared to Q3 2023 and 6.2M DKK compared to the first nine months of 2023. The net cash flow during the quarter was negative by 228K DKK due to changes in working capital. If we look at the liquidity generated from operations before interest the invoiced revenue constituted 6.8M DKK and costs 6.5M DKK resulting in a positive impact of 273K DKK.“

"This quarter has followed the positive trend from Q1, and we are pleased to present continuing positive progress in literally all key financial figures, and we have continued delivering according to our forecast during the first six months of 2024 with a ARR growth of 33%.

The reporting period has seen continued roll-out of the new platform and 5 new maritime clients for the Risk Intelligence System. At the same time, we have again achieved a zero percent churn as a testimony to the high quality of our service and our long-time relationships with our clients. This is furthermore supported by the NRR of 124%. In Advisory Services, especially expert witness work on maritime cases has seen growth during the quarter.

On the landside of our business, Q2 saw one new major client along with one smaller client, and one major partnership with Bosch providing a promising platform for further growth for LandRisk Logistics."

With the country concerned having significant maritime and energy companies, it has become increasingly important for their ministry of defence to have access to timely, accurate and unclassified intelligence regarding global maritime matters.
